We've just stocked the freezers with all sorts of cuts; various steaks, roasts, short ribs, and of course, everyone's favourite ground beef. (We're not kidding about the ground, it's has been and continues to be a fan favourite around here)
What makes it special
1. Grass-fed and finished | These cattle enjoyed grass and forage their entire lives. This kind of meat is unmatched in both flavour and nutrition.
2. Raising our own animals | We know that they lived well, roamed the fields at their leisure during grazing season, and were cared for to the highest standard.
3. Providing a local option | Locally produced food plays an important role in our communities and economy. It's always good to have the option to support small farms and know that they practice responsible farming methods. Plus, minimal resources are used as there's no need to transport product from far away places.
