There are three ways to receive items purchased online:

  • Store Pickup

    Choose this for any items listed in our online store. Pickup is at no extra charge.

  • Local Delivery (Coming Soon!)

    Available for most items in our online store. Details coming soon.

  • Shipping

    Only available for select non-perishable items such as apparel and merchandise. Orders over $100 ship free.

Where do you ship to?

At this time, we only ship within Canada.

What are your shipping rates?

Shipping costs vary by item and delivery location and will be calculated at checkout. Orders over $100 ship free.

Why is shipping not available when I try to check out?

Only certain items are eligible for shipping. If your cart contains ineligible items, shipping will not be an available option. If you are ordering multiple items with different delivery methods, you will have to place orders separately.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Processing time is 3-7 business days. Orders placed by Monday will ship by the following Thursday, with the exception of holidays. Unexpected events such as staff illness and service route interruptions may cause delays.

What is your return policy?

We get it, shopping online can be hard! For most shipped items, including apparel, we accept returns within 30 days of purchase. Please note that the buyer is responsible for return shipping, with the exception of damaged or defective goods which we will cover the return postage for. Read our full Return & Refund Policy here.

What items are eligible for shipping?

We only ship items that do not require refrigeration or special care. Items eligible for shipping include apparel, kitchenware, and other branded merchandise. When shopping, be sure to look for "This item is eligible for..." on the product page.

Do you ship cheese?

Sorry, we do not ship cheese. You can find our cheeses throughout BC at 300+ retailers.

How can I track my order?

Once your order is sent out, you will receive tracking information at the email provided.

Where do your orders ship from?

All orders are packed and shipped from our farm in Parksville, BC.

Do you offer gift wrapping?

We do not have a gift wrap option available at this time. However, our gift baskets and boxes are made to be gift-ready so no extra wrapping is required.

Orders

Can I cancel my order?

Orders for store pickup may be canceled up to 24h before their scheduled pickup day. Email store@cheeseworks.ca for cancellations or information on your order.

Orders for delivery may be canceled up to 48h before scheduled delivery date.

Orders to be shipped may be canceled up until they are sent.

Can I return an item?

What time will my order be ready for pickup?

If you selected "Pickup" as your delivery method, your order will be ready for collection after 11:00am on the selected day. This information is available in your order confirmation email.

Can I make changes to my order after it's been placed?

We will do our best to accommodate reasonable modifications to your order such as delivery or pickup date. Please fill out our Contact Form or email store@cheeseworks.ca.
