Shipping policy

 

Shipping

All shipments received by Wednesday will be processed and shipped by the next day, Thursday. Shipping will take approximately 3 days locally, 6 days within BC and 10 days across Canada. This shipping time may differ if experiencing delays due to acts of God, inclement weather, epidemics, acts of terrorism, acts of war, ferry cancellations/delays, riots, labour disruption, customs, unanticipated surges in volume, any act/default of customer or failures/fluctuations of equipment used for transport.

 

Local Delivery

We work with a local delivery service to deliver select items from Nanoose Bay to Qualicum Beach. Orders will be delivered between 10am and 1pm on the day selected at the Cart page. Orders for next day delivery must be placed by 12pm.

 

Store Pickup

If you have selected "Pickup" as your delivery method, your order will be ready for collection after 11:00am on the day selected. Orders for next day pickup must be placed by 12pm.
