Celebrating 25 Years in the Community!
In 2001, Little Qualicum Cheeseworks began on a rented farm, just down the road from where it is today. With a handful of cows and a small school portable outfitted for cheesemaking, a driven young couple pursued their vision of crafting Swiss-style artisan cheeses with milk from their own cows.

Flash forward 25 years, and here we are in 2026! Although Little Qualicum Cheeseworks had been under new ownership the past five years, the passion for creating excellent products and providing a true farm-to-table experience to visitors hasn't changed.

After 20 years of growth and success, it was finally time for Nancy to retire. The company changed hands in 2021 to Albert Gorter & Chelsea Enns.
