Introducing, the history of Morningstar Farm and the first 25 years of Little Qualicum Cheeseworks. We're very excited to share our story with you and hope you take a minute pop by next time you're at the farm.

Behind everything you see at Little Qualicum Cheeseworks is two and a half decades of hard work in pursuit of a vision. Along the way were good times and hard times, and we want to recognize the journey it's taken to get where we are today.
In many ways, looking back at our past brings inspiration to our future. From humble beginnings to big wins, growth, loss, and change, the constant has remained dedication and commitment to our core values. Here are a few of our takeaways:
- It's who you work with. We've been lucky to have a good team through the years, even as staff have come and gone.
- Automation is not the enemy of craft, but has been instrumental in sustaining growth and feasible jobs for our small team.
- Change can be a good thing. Although some former elements of the business are missed, their beginnings were once change themselves.
- Dream big.
