How to Make a Pinecone Cheeseball

All it takes is Fromage Frais and a handful of almonds to make these cutie pinecones come to life! And how festive they look. ✨🎄

We used our Cranberry Pepper Fromage Frais for some seasonal flair and a lovely complement to the almonds. Be sure to add some evergreen boughs to complete the presentation. 

 

What you'll need:

 

How it's done

1. Divide the Fromage Frais in two and, on a serving platter, shape them into a soft teardrop (on side) to form the base of the pinecone.

2. Starting at the pointy end, place almonds row by row, being sure to push them slightly into the cheese so they stay in place.


3. Repeat on the second pinecone. Garnish with evergreen boughs to serve.
