Steak & Veggie Medley | Staff Recipe
We enjoy sharing things that we actually make in everyday life, not showy TikTok food. Sometimes that means simple, wholesome, nutritious meals - like this flavourful weeknight dinner, featuring our farm-raised grass-fed beef. This recipe is courtesy of one of our office staff (thank you for sharing, Violet!)
Steak, Potato & Veggie Medley
- 1 LQC grass-fed beef steak, sliced
- 2 Cups Whole Golden Baby Potatoes
- 2 Zucchinis cubed
- 2 Tbsp Butter or Margarine
- ½ Tbsp Cayenne Pepper
- ½ Tbsp White Pepper
- ½ Tbsp Salt
- 1 Tbsp Dill
In a medium frying pan add 2 Tbsp butter with the cubed zucchini and potatoes, cover and cook for 15 mins on a medium-high heat, stirring occasionally.
In a separate frying pan, cook the steak to your liking, then add to the zucchini & potatoes. Add all spices and serve hot.
Healthy, delicious, feel-good, weeknight meals are something we can't get enough of. Heck, we'd even make this on the weekend. Enjoy, friends!
