  • The assembled wood ornament is a charming log cabin. The front and back follow the long side of the roof and are engraved with horizontal log siding as well as two cut-out windows with a door in the center. Each gabled end is engraved the same, but with one window. The scalloped roof edge carries up to the roof top with engraved scalloped details. The assembly "tabs" for the four resemble interlocking logs.
  • This wood ornament comes as a flat wood "card". Each piece is snapped out of the sheet for self-assembly. Included are four walls, a base, and two roof pieces. The base is engraved with the LQC logo and the text :the log cabin at Little Qualicum Cheeseworks". Each piece is tabbed so they click together.
  • The assembled cabin hangs from an evergreen tree branch. Details include a scalloped roof, overlapping log corners, engraved horizontal log siding, and cut-out windows and doors.
  • The un-assembled cabin is styled under a Christmas tree.

Recommended order of assembly:

1. Join four walls

2. Attach walls to base

3. Snap on one side of the roof

4. Thread the string (provided) through both roof pieces, one attached and one still free, and tie the string so the knot is concealed inside the structure.
