For precise cuts, we use these locally made wire cheese slicers. Locally crafted with hardwood and stainless steel components, these cheese slicers come in right or left handed models for comfortable use. Being a handcrafted item, please expect variations in appearance and hardwood species.

Cleaning & maintenance: Wipe clean, do not soak in water or place in dishwasher. Clean groove with a fork sideways. Board is oiled with an organic food-safe oil; reapply oil periodically as needed.

Please note, these cheese slicers are handmade and no two are alike. Please expect variations in hardwood species such as maple, walnut, and oak.
