Crispy Cheesy Potatoes
Crispy Cheesy Potatoes are a fun, yummy, and easy way to shake up your roasted potato game. 🧀🥔
This side is so, so simple.
Here's the guide:
1. Cover the bottom of a baking dish with shredded cheese (we use our Mt. Moriarty alpine cheddar).
2. Toss potato halves (we used new potatoes) with olive oil, salt, and seasoning of choice.
3. Layer potato halves face down in the baking dish over the shredded cheese.
4. Bake at 200°C (400°F) for 35 min or until golden and crispy.
And there you have it! Feel free to dress it up with sour cream & green onion or a dazzle of sriracha mayo.
